Adirondack Therapeutic Touch’s’ mission is to offer affordable massage therapy and wellness coaching in a safe, comfortable therapeutic environment for multi modalities for therapeutic health.  We will specialize in medical massage to address specific musculoskeletal disfunctions; relaxation massage to promote overall sense of wellbeing; and wellness coaching to support and motivate one to enhance an area of health; offer space for other practitioners to add to one’s sense of well-being. 

Each client will experience a person-centered approach during each session, respecting personal boundaries.  Adirondack Therapeutic Touch will strive to create a soothing and calm experience to clients of all ages and abilities that are seeking a partnership with their wellness journey.
